Heartland Black Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the 3rd Annual Black and White Ball. As we celebrate a grand Night of the Living Stars, we're pleased to honor the 2018 Hall of Fame Inductees: Dale Diggs, Jr.; Willie L. Kendrick and E. Jean Carter-Boniface.
Our 2018 scholarship award recipients include:
Lauren Eckels, Aimani Johnson, Kayla Johnson, Amiah McFan and Kyeisha Ross.
We'll offer a special Living Star Award and enjoy live music from Natural Change of Dallas, Texas.
